I Can’t Wait…

for my new shoes to arrive! I absolutely love european style and the way they wear basic items and then add a great flat. I have been searching for a cool pair but haven’t had any luck until thanks to this blog I finally found them.  I know some people will think WTF, you like this shoe? But just wait! You will come to love it just as I have.

I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! I spent mine running around Dallas with my boyfriend and his sister who is visiting from London. We had an amazing time and hit up some spots I have not had the chance to visit yet. We concluded the weekend with a movie and frozen custard from my all time favorite place, Wild About Harry’s (a MUST go if you are ever in Dallas).
Okay, so outfit deets. I love love love this color combo. Yes predictable, but still one of my favorites! You might be saying, sweater Mary, in Dallas? Well you are right it is sweltering here but every place you go cranks the AC down to below zero so you must be prepared and carry a sweater in hand at all times. This sweater is designated to the black and white combo as it is always an ace in the hole!

I have always loved the all white look. If you know me or my blog you know I love a no-fuss outfit that keeps accessories simple. I went to have drinks the other day with a few girl friends and decided I was going to attempt the look. I wanted to keep it understated as we were going to a quite wine bar around the corner. I am such a fan of t-shirts and thought it would be great to just throw one on with a great pair of shorts. I decided to tie the side of the shirt as it added a little extra to an otherwise simple t-shirt.
