WEDDING :: Portraits

I am from Texas, where brides have lots of bridesmaids. Brice is from Switzerland, where having a large wedding party is not traditional. This was our first matrimonial compromise.  To stick with said compromise we decided to have two groomsmen and two bridesmaids. I actually loved this idea because I think having a smaller group makes the overall feel more intimate. Since I have a larger group of close friends, and wanted them to be included, I asked them to be in my house party (which still walked down the aisle). I know having your friends stand behind you is an honor, but I must admit, being able to turn to my right and see all of my family and close friends made the evening that much more special.
Now for something else fun, I participated in a super fun interview over on my friend’s blog, Caviar Taste, Tuna Fish Wallet (how cute is that name)? If you want some more M.A.S. please do go check it out!

  2. You were such a beautiful bride. I just can’t get over all of the little details in your wedding. I like the idea of a small bridal party. I am not really a wedding person (the entire thing sounds too stressful) but I imagine a small wedding and bridal party is how I would do mine.

  3. These photos are gorgeous! Can you tell me who makes your bridesmaid dresses? I love them!
