RECYCLED

First off the engagement shoot was a blast. I told Brice I fell more in love with him that day because he was so willing to participate. Taylor, our photographer, said they came out great but I don’t get to see proofs for another two and a half weeks so we will see. Fingers crossed we got one good one out of the 4,000 she took :). Taylor could not have been more amazing to work with. By the end of the day we were literally finishing each others sentences. She made us both feel so at ease and comfortable we forgot there was a photographer in the room. I can’t wait to see them!!!

Okay, now back to the fashion. There are items in your closet you wonder if you will ever wear again. It could be an old sweater from a few years ago that is too snug or a blazer you wonder if it will ever be in style again? My item is my old riding boots from when I was fifteen. I grew up riding horses and re-discovered the lace-up boots in my parents garage last year. Something about their distressed and worn in aesthetic made me grab them to bring back to Dallas. Since the lace-up style is actually in right now I have been wearing them with my skinny jeans and t-shirts. The vintage vibe makes them a really cool addition to any ensemble.
