8 Whole Foods Beauty FInds

8-BEST-WHOLE-FOODS-BEAUTY-FINDS

  • Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream $26 – I love this cream! I have dry skin so its richness is exactly what I need. And any cream Jennifer Lopez swears by, is good enough for me. * This is a very thick cream so beware. To apply add a small pea size to your hands, rub together, and then fan your hands upwards (like an esthetician does) until your skin feels completely covered. You will notice a difference by morning // shop it here
  • Thayers Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel Toner $7.60 – This astringent is rich with aloe vera, witch hazel, vitamin e, and rose petals. It is excellent for reducing stress-induced inflammation and puffiness // shop it here

  • Evan Healy Rose Geranium HydroSoul 1 fl oz $8.50 – This super gentle facial elixer works on all skin types. It is great to spray on after you apply your facial oils as it helps your skin absorb all the nutrients. Bonus: it smells heavenly //  shop it here
  • John Masters Organic Lavender & Avocado Intensive Conditioner $50 – This is definitely meant as a hair rescue for dry or treated hair. It can be heavy so only use every few days. I would recommend using this more as a hair mask and then follow with a shampoo. If your hair needs mega hydration, this stuff is great  // shop it here
  • Welda Skin Food $12 – This product has a real cult following.  People with dry skin have claimed to not be able to “live without it.” It adds intense hydration to dry, flaky skin and is so organic and all natural, it is apparently edible //  shop it here
  • Trilogy Rosehip Oil Antioxidant $29 – I love this facial oil and use it nightly. It is packed with fatty acids and antioxidants that moisturize and fight free radical damage to brighten skin and help in anti-aging // shop it here
  • EO Organic Lavender Hand Sanitizing Spray $4 – I am a huge fan of having sanitizing spray in my car and became obsessed with this lavender spray a few years ago. It smells so good and since it is a natural disinfectant it kills 99% of germs without harming your skin  //  shop it here
  • Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay $8 – This product also has a cult following. I used this a few years ago and it is unreal. It is the deepest exfoliant I have ever tried. Dampen your face with water, rub it on thick and wait about 45 minutes to let it dry. Your skin will become extremely tight and then peel it off. Because I have dry skin and it is such an exfoliant I haven’t used it in a long time (to avoid drying my skin out more) but if you are looking for a product to make your skin feel like a baby, this is it  //  shop it here

And there you have it, my favorite Whole Foods beauty finds! I have been wanting to do this post for a long time now and am so excited to share it! Next time you are at Whole Foods, wander down the beauty isle! I promise it is more addicting than Sephora!
