M.A.S. INTERVIEWS

You might remember my post on Carin’s blog, Four Months in Paris, a few months ago. The minute I laid eyes on it I was instantly smitten. She has a straight forward approach to photography and is able to capture one of my favorite cities better than I have ever seen. She is as sweet as she is talented and as passionate as she is determined. These qualities make her one of my, M.A.S. INTERVIEWS, INSPIRING PEOPLE.

Unique Valentine’s Gift

I always thought I had a cool mom but now I know! For Valentine’s day she surprised me with “Haute Cool” chocolates. Haute Cool lives by the slogan, “All you need is love and chocolate,” which is apparent in each hand-crafted wrapper. They make for great gifts as they are so unique and can be easily customizable to your liking.

Since my mom knew I wouldn’t eat the “pretty designer”ones she also stocked me with custom Valentine’s day lips. I absolutely love both and already have them displayed in my office. I have never seen chocolate look so good. Thanks mom 🙂

Quote Friday

(Mmm, I love this quote! SO much power in two sentences. Read it a few times and then let your madness become magic).

I am so excited about this weekend. I have been home with the familia for a few days and haven’t sat down once. My mom and I have been busy picking out fabric for her mother-of-the-bride dress, getting our hair done, visiting my brother and sister and more. It has been a whirl wind but so much fun and so good to be home! Something about a weekend with the parents is always just what the doctor ordered.

While shopping, my mom and I tried on this little number for an upcoming bridal shower! It was so cute and the quintessential summer dress, however, recently I have been having a hard time finding dresses I love for the upcoming bridal festivities. Do ya’ll have any recommendations? Maybe something white or lace? Total bridal mode!
