I have always been fascinated by photography. I have spent countless hours studying photographs of people, while considering the angles, the lighting, and the editing the photographer used. I love the fact that photography has the amazing ability to transport us to a different time, or place with one single shot.
It was not until I started blogging that I decided to take photography more seriously. With camera in hand, I started experimenting with photographs of my apartment, of friends, and family. It was after experimenting in this way that I realized my passion for photography. I have no formal training or background in this field, but I realize that passion can open your eyes to the impossible, so not only did I invest in the proper equipment I also spent the necessary time to learn everything I could to enhance the skill it takes to be proficient with this passion.
I enjoy, and appreciate the opportunity to photograph bloggers, couples, influencers who make an impact in their profession, families, and also lifestyle type setting. I take an individual approach to each person I photograph. I make every effort to embrace and highlight the focus of what they are trying to convey to their audience with each session.

I am an avid blog reader. I read some for their beautiful imagery and others because of their funky style. All of them offer a unique perspective on fashion, home, or life. I always think of blogs as mini reality shows; you always get an honest and very real glimpse into peoples lives. When I came across Paris in Four Months my mouth dropped. Never has a blog transported me to another place; one that happens to be my favorite. I found myself scrolling through page after page soaking it all in. The imagery is perfection and really captures all that is Paris. I can now be there without physically being there.
I have had this jacket since high school! That seems like an eternity but really it has only been about six years. It has withstood snow, ice, and years of abuse. After all of this time it is still one of my favorite pieces. With the floral interior, unique gold buttons, and pleated back the detail in every stich makes it a hard piece to ever replace.
I love having a solid cream and black dress in my closet at all times. They are the perfect blank canvas for any event. Throw on the dress with boots for a downtown feel or put on your cutest heels for an uptown event. Whatever the occasion they always work. After pulling out my trusty cream and black dress this weekend and noticing they were looking a bit pathetic I decided to search the web for new ones. I found them at The Outnet,here and here! Oh and don’t worry I also bought this little baby. The draping was too good to pass up.
