I have always been fascinated by photography. I have spent countless hours studying photographs of people, while considering the angles, the lighting, and the editing the photographer used. I love the fact that photography has the amazing ability to transport us to a different time, or place with one single shot.
It was not until I started blogging that I decided to take photography more seriously. With camera in hand, I started experimenting with photographs of my apartment, of friends, and family. It was after experimenting in this way that I realized my passion for photography. I have no formal training or background in this field, but I realize that passion can open your eyes to the impossible, so not only did I invest in the proper equipment I also spent the necessary time to learn everything I could to enhance the skill it takes to be proficient with this passion.
I enjoy, and appreciate the opportunity to photograph bloggers, couples, influencers who make an impact in their profession, families, and also lifestyle type setting. I take an individual approach to each person I photograph. I make every effort to embrace and highlight the focus of what they are trying to convey to their audience with each session.
I look forward to working together and capturing the potential magnificence of your moments through my eyes and the lens of my camera.
I was lucky enough to attend Piperlime’s new store grand opening. It was amazing! If you go to New York you MUST check it out. There are loads of anything and everything you could want at any price point. While there I picked up these snakeskin booties. Normally they are out of my style range but something about the red and black called my name and I couldn’t leave without them. And they were under $80, like what?!
There are two things that I have noticed are big for fall; the color cobalt + oversized clutches. Thanks to ASOS. I was able to combine both trends into one piece. I bought a new cobalt blue dress from Topshop and I can’t wait to show you soon. If there is one color that I think looks good on anyone it is cobalt so be sure to grab it for this season. You can go full out with a dress or add it subtly with an accessory like seen here.
I am back home now nestled in my own bed. Ah how good it feels! NYC was a blur of people, cabs, fashion, bloggers, food, and more people. Did I say how good it was to be home? I am only joking. It really was amazing to meet so many great bloggers that I admire and respect and really sit down and get to know them! They are some extraordinary women!
This was my last outfit I wore running around to have those sit downs. Per usual I was in some kind of leather. I believe it is becoming somewhat of a joke now. Gotta live it up while it lasts 🙂
