If you read my post on packing you know that I am all about buying pieces that can be worn more than a few ways. This is a lesson I have been trying to learn my whole life…check mark
I have never been a poncho gal, besides the high-end designer ones you see in Vogue or Glamour I tend to think they make you look fat and depending on the material, cheap (if I may be so blunt). Like most things I jump to conclusion on I end up taking it back. The other day I bought my first poncho. The design and super light-weight feel had me oozing. As I stood there in the dressing room I already had three ways I wanted to wear it. I think it will look great over a bikini and a scarf around my head for an upcoming trip to LA with the boyfriend. I also plan to throw it over some jean cut-off’s and gold gladiator sandals for fall football games when it is still 1,000 degrees in Texas.

This poncho is beautiful and I love your styling ideas for it! I remember I bought a bunch of ponchos back in the day. I’ve since gotten rid of all of them, as some were definitely misses, but I wish I had kept the good ones!
