I absolutely love all of London but if I had to choose one place to reside it would definitely be Notting Hill (more pictures on Molly’s blog here). Everything is so charming, colorful, happy, and picturesque it would be hard to have a bad day. Think of houses the color of easter eggs lined in a row (proof here) and flowered gardens in front of each house. Molly and I walked around the entire day picking our favorite one but it was near impossible. Each street we would agree held our favorite house, only to change our minds a few seconds later. If you are heading to London any time soon, I definitely recommend making a day in Notting Hill. You must make a stop at Granger & Co. for a yummy breakfast, then head down to Portobello Market and browse the shops set up along the road, get lost on all of the side streets (with the most beautiful of houses), spend some time sitting in the parks, and finish the day off at Otto pizza. This is exactly how Molly and I spent our day and I must say, it was quite perfect!

Mary- I love your posts, they are amazing! We’re going to London in March, and your blog has given me some great ideas!
Thank you so much! You are so sweet and made my day 🙂 Glad you enjoyed! Please e-mail if you need any recs 🙂 xx
Love this casual pull together. I am loving the style of Rag & Bone – it seems like everyone seems to love their jeans. How do those fit on you?
They fit so amazing! I think with the stretch I sized up one and they are perfect! They really hold their shape, which is so important for a skinny, and the color hasn’t faded at all! I really do recommend them!
Obviously this post reminds me of the movie “Notting Hill”
Favorite movie line ever- “I’m just a girl standing in front of a boy asking him to love her” AAHH!

All of your pictures are reminding me of when I visited my sister during her study abroad in London…I want to go back so badly!! Notting Hill is so charming! If you haven’t already, you need to walk down “The Mansions of Kensington Palace Gardens,” also referred to as “Billionaires Row”…it is absolutely gorgeous! You also need to visit St. Paul’s Cathedral…that was one of my favorite things we did in London! Have so much fun on the rest of your trip!
THanks for the suggestions! I used them while we were over there!!! Isn’t Notting hill the best?!? Billionaires Row isn’t shabby either! Thanks for suggesting 🙂 xx
First, I love that zippy sweater. Especially with that striped shirt underneath. Second, I love those boots. Looks like you and your friend are having lots of fun together on your travels. 🙂
Love those boots! And yep…I love Notting Hill too, such a pretty place! Portobello Road was one of my favorite places to visit when I went (I even sang the song from Bedknobs and Broomsticks to myself).
