I have always been fascinated by photography. I have spent countless hours studying photographs of people, while considering the angles, the lighting, and the editing the photographer used. I love the fact that photography has the amazing ability to transport us to a different time, or place with one single shot.
It was not until I started blogging that I decided to take photography more seriously. With camera in hand, I started experimenting with photographs of my apartment, of friends, and family. It was after experimenting in this way that I realized my passion for photography. I have no formal training or background in this field, but I realize that passion can open your eyes to the impossible, so not only did I invest in the proper equipment I also spent the necessary time to learn everything I could to enhance the skill it takes to be proficient with this passion.
I enjoy, and appreciate the opportunity to photograph bloggers, couples, influencers who make an impact in their profession, families, and also lifestyle type setting. I take an individual approach to each person I photograph. I make every effort to embrace and highlight the focus of what they are trying to convey to their audience with each session.
I look forward to working together and capturing the potential magnificence of your moments through my eyes and the lens of my camera.
…You see someone you know while taking blog pictures. Don’t get me wrong I love picking out outfits and then sharing them with you but eeek is it awkward when someone you know spots you posing. You just have to point, smile, and wave like this is normal 🙂
Okay so on another note if you have seen me in the past few months you have seen me in these booties. 30 degree weather or 108 degree I am wearing them! I swear by ankle booties. This light color brown goes with everything but that didn’t stop me from buying them in black too! Great investment that will last you through multiple seasons and multiple styles. I am thinking about picking up another pair as they are now on MAJOR sale!
P.s. how much do you love the simplicity and versatility of this dress!
it’s the worst. my neighbors make a spectacle of me every time they catch me shooting in the park in front of our houses. i’ve taken to driving two blocks away to abandoned lots and fields just to avoid being caught with my tripod and remote. #bloggerproblems love the outfit 🙂
Totally over being caught in public taking blog photos now, though I really wish I had a set up at home so I can just snap away on the balcony 🙂 Love those boots! I have something really similar and they get so much wear that I’ve just got another pair.. love this outfit!
I feel the same way about outfit posts on my blog, as you may know by how sporadic I post them. I am really trying to come up with more orginal content on the blog to make it more personal but man is it hard to one coordinate with my sister to take photos and two scout locations where there isn’t much foot traffic while I try to pose for pics. I found some booties over at Nordstrom on their pre anniversary sale I have been on the fence but this post just reminded me of how versatile a shoe they are so I am going to have to go purchase them. Love the outfit by the way!!
Love the whole look! I am dying for some of these boots. I love the color of yours but trying to decide between that color or the cognac? Maybe the sand ones would be more versatile?? I think I want black ones too!
I love the sand ones! They literally go with everything from blue to black! I also love my black ones but only pull those out for fall or winter. You can’t go wrong with sand 🙂
So amazingly affordable!! When I bought them they were on sale but still over $100 and now they are only $40! I am thinking of snagging up a few more pairs 😉
I love those booties and your bag!!! And yes…I hate seeing people I know anywhere, and if anyone sees me taking pictures I feel awkward, haha…the perils of social phobia http://www.closet-fashionista.com/
OMG – I seriously dread this moment (thankfully, it hasn’t happened to me yet)! Love your dress and have been on the hunt for that perfect pair of booties…clicking to check these out now! 🙂
