We are about to get real. really, real. Everyone talks about how amazing the beginning of a marriage is. Often times referred to as the “honeymoon” period. Everything is new, exciting, and full of firsts. I agree with all of the above. I couldn’t even begin to tell you how much I love being married. Getting to come home to the man you love everyday is an incredible feeling. Now, what people don’t explain is this amazing euphoria brings major lbs. With all of the excitement there comes lots of wine, home cooked meals and desserts. You are so busy soaking in the newness and celebrating the moment that you forget about your waistline. At least I did.
I swear, I thought I was invincible to the “happy weight.” With a less than excited attitude to work out and lots of good meals I have added a few extra love pounds. WOOF! I am just now getting settled in and ready to start up a routine again which will inevitably include working out. Since the task itself is very lackluster to me right now, I at least get very excited about my workout gear! I popped in Old Navy the other day and discovered their Active line and spent at least an hour trying on all of the fun colors and styles.
Now to the swag. Besides the outfit you see in the pictures (links above) I also was able to get a few other things that I highly recommend::
Being a girl with a large chest it is sometimes hard for me to find workout gear that fits but everything they had accommodated me quite well! What you can’t see is that I am wearing, this, amazing Old Navy sports bra which supports incredibly well without putting weight on my shoulders (you understand this if you have big boobs).
I also bought this bra with adjustable straps to wear around the house and running errands. I swear it is amazing! SO soft and light you forget you’re wearing anything.
Lastly, (I told you I was in O.N. for a while) I got these pants for any yoga or spinning classes days I feel lazy! Lets just say I have been wearing them NON-STOP! Holy comfortable! Sometimes pants like this begin to sag but theses stayed up all day and even a few wears later!

Hehe, you look so cute! I really need to start working out again. I bought a Yoga/Pilates kit last Summer and did it once. Maybe if i got some really cute workout clothes I’d want to do it

I just saw a TV ad for Old Navy fitness clothing. Glad to see some of it on the lovely you. Will check into it for sure………..always in need for my yoga classes. Happy you are so happy!
You look way too cute to be working out. You’re just too cute in general.
And I’m so glad you love SWORKIT! It’s been kicking my butt back into gear lately…
hahah! Loved this post! Summer finally arrived in Chicago and it reminded me that I hadn’t been working out much. It’s crazy how much easier it is when it’s nice outside!
Attempting to get my “last weeks of college drinking too much” lbs off right now and old navy was also my go to. Love their shorter legging!
love this girl!!! keep it up
