Hats off

A few months ago I was in a total fashion slump. I couldn’t find anything that inspired me nor that I wanted to buy. The old saying is true when they say, “when it rains it pours,” because lately I cannot not find something I want. At this moment I have about 10 pages bookmarked of items I want. It isn’t just online either, when I walk into stores I find things too. The other day I walked into Target, only wanting to buy one thing (which never actually happens), and the first thing I saw was this hat. I am usually not drawn to tie-dye but something about the mix of denim had me really inspired. Before I even reached the hat I knew of three different ways I wanted to wear it. When this type of inspiration hits, you must attack! Long story short, I walked out of Target with a handful of goodies, including my new favorite hat!

  1. Target is like a black hole! You go in for one thing and come out with a cart full of items you didn’t even know you wanted!

I love that hat though…it’s nice and casual and even perfect for a bad hair day. It adds so much style to the outfit! Ooh and I also love that denim chambray paired with the black leather. I would never have thought of doing that!

  2. Aww, you look so adorable in that hat!!! I can see why you were instantly drawn to it. I’m in the exact same boat as you. A few months ago (even as recent as last month) I was in a total shopping/fashion slump, but it seems like over the last few weeks I’ve definitely made up for it. I’ve been finding so many great pieces!!!
