Remember when I talked about 90’s style coming back? Well, here is another ode to the decade of Kurt Cobain and Britney Spears. In the beginning of the week you got chic, and now you have grunge. I recently read an article, thanks to my friend Jena and Refinery 29, which said to be french do not wash your hair and wear minimal make-up (one coat of mascara during the day, two coats at night). Since I am a known “Parisienne wanna-be,” I have been living my life like this. Baby powder has become my best friend and my make-up that I have spent months investing in has seen little light. So lesson of the day, 90’s grunge and “Parisienne chic,” have one very small degree of separation.
